This house is in a private community of 12 homes with a pool. Only 3 of the homes are available for rent therefore very private. This house has one of the closest to the ocean accesses of any homes on Isle of Palms. Very important is the fact that it is on the ocean side of the very busy Palm Blvd. It is set up to be a very comfortable vacation home.
